Diabetic foot care cabinet
The specialists of the Cabinet specialize in the treatment of long-lasting wounds in diabetic patients. Several times a year, each patient is given preventive foot care with a dry pedicure device.
Diabetic patients are admitted with a referral from a family doctor or endocrinologist for preventive foot care. This foot care includes:
- removal of skin thickening (hyperkeratosis),
- treatment of ingrown nails,
- corn cuts.
Cabinet specialists will help prevent complications of diabetes in a timely manner – amputation of the finger or even the leg. Patients are taught how to care for their feet properly and what appropriate care products to choose.
Without a doctor’s referral, the office offers a paid service – medical pedicure.
