The specialists of the Center perform scientific research work, clinical research, implement methodological recommendations, development of clinical guidelines and regularly supplement their professional knowledge. Provides practical training and internships for students, residents and doctors, management of the further education process in the field of subspecialties of clinical diagnostic methods.<\/p>\n<h3>Investigations<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cardiovascular examinations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electrocardiography (ECG). Echocardiographic examinations are performed in two ways &#8211; transthorocal echocardiography is performed non-invasively (EHO) and invasively, transiophageal echocardiographic manipulation (TEE) is performed by inserting the probe into the esophagus; Stress echocardiography; Holter monitoring of the heart (24, 48, or 72 hours) and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring; Bicycle ergometry (VELO).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nervous system examinations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Neurometry, electromyography (EMG), neurography. Nerve and muscle ultrasonography is used as an additional examination method for EMG.
