Je\u013cena \u017derina<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following treatment and examinations can be performed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conservative treatment of tonsils (rinsing, cauterization, freezing);<\/li>\n<li>Treatment of pharyngitis (cauterization of hypertrophic tissues);<\/li>\n<li>Treatment of maxillary sinusitis and inflammations of other cavities by means of a pump (alternative to a paracentesis);<\/li>\n<li>Instillations (infusions) into the larynx in case of acute viral diseases of the upper respiratory tract and larynx inflammations (hoarse voice);<\/li>\n<li>Removal of foreign bodies from the pharynx, nose or ears;<\/li>\n<li>Stopping of nose bleeding by means of an electrocoagulator, including tamponade;<\/li>\n<li>Opening of the peritonsillar abscess;<\/li>\n<li>Rinsing of cerumen impactions;<\/li>\n<li>Hearing examinations \u2013 tympanometry, tympanometry;<\/li>\n<li>Sonography of lateral nasal cavities (without radiation);<\/li>\n<li>Bacteriological examinations of the throat and nose (inoculations).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Dace Snipe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During out-patient admission, the following manipulations can be performed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Endoscopic examination of nasal cavities, pharynx cavity, vocal cords;<\/li>\n<li>Sonography of lateral nasal cavities;<\/li>\n<li>Paracentesis of the maxillary sinus;<\/li>\n<li>Biopsy collection;<\/li>\n<li>Removal of benign formations from the oral cavity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In the In-patient Department \u201cLatvian Oncology Centre\u201d,<\/strong>\u00a0consultations are provided by otolaryngologists Juris T\u0101rs, Inta Trauci\u0146a and Juris L\u012bbietis.<\/p>\n<p>These specialists specialize in the diagnostics and treatment of oncological diseases.
